Bulgaria is the best place to start your trip to the Balkans. With our neighbours we share many similarities and at the same time differences that make a cocktail of unforgettable experiences.

An ancient Roman road linking the two capitals - Rome and Constantinople. We will discover the great cultural and historical heritage of the Balkan part of the road: Belgrade (Singidunum), Sofia (Serdica), Plovdiv (Trimontium), Edirne (Adrianople) and we will end the trip in the Great Constantinople (Istanbul).
The Byzantine period is undoubtedly an important link between the Balkan countries. Bulgaria, Serbia, North Macedonia and Northern Greece in particular have some of the best examples of Byzantine art, represented in the many churches and monasteries. Great Byzantine emperors such as Galerius and Constantine the Great were born in the territory of today's Serbia, who also ruled from Serdica, where we will visit some of their works. We will also travel to Thessaloniki and Meteora and see the heritage on the shores of Lake Ohrid.
A journey for lovers of archaeology and Roman art. For more than four centuries, the Danube became the main northern frontier of the Roman Empire, deploying a mighty belt of camps, towers and forts along the Danube to protect the Empire from Germanic incursions. Discover them in the provinces of Dacia and Messia.
On this trip we propose for you to get to know the northwestern part of Bulgaria and the east of Serbia. Fortresses, monasteries and villages mingle with breathtaking landscapes and the immaterial and cultural richness of this area. The Derdap National Park, the famous Iron Gate, the carpets, the cuisine of the Turlatsi and Vlasi minorities are just some of the highlights of this trip.
And of course, we will not miss the capitals of the two countries with their unique atmosphere.
The first migrations of Sephardic Jews date back to the 15th century, when Jews expelled from the Iberian Peninsula arrived in the Balkans. The Sephardim, however, were not the first Jews in the region. Their presence in this area is very old and dates back to Roman times.
