The regions of Lovech and Vratsa offer the possibility to enjoy nature and its most curious formations. The caves of Devetashka, Saeva Dupka, Prohodna (the Eyes of God) and the waterfalls of Krushuna are some of the places that the route to the northwest of the country will take us to. Our proposal is to discover the region on board a train from Sofia through the picturesque Iskar Gorge, stopping at one of the villages to enjoy the views over the gorge and taste the wine of the local producers. At the end of the walk a picnic lunch based on local cuisine awaits us by the river.
